Agnes has worked with multiple primary and secondary schools across Nottingham City, delivering both staff training and wellbeing workshops. She has been instrumental in driving positive change within school teams by creating supportive, reflective spaces for professional growth.
Her work includes whole-school wellbeing sessions, transition training for teams with newly appointed senior leaders and trauma-informed training specifically tailored for pastoral teams. The Awe Collective offers the below services to schools:

Staff Training
Our training programmes are designed to strengthen staff-pupil relationships, improve communication and enhance both attainment and attendance across your school.
